Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Loudoun United FC gear. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at gguyon@loudoununitedfc.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Do not send items back without prior approval and receiving a prepaid return shipping label from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this label. Return shipping costs are waived if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.

International Orders
At this time, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original item through the return process above. After the return is accepted and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If you do not see your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at gguyon@loudoununitedfc.com.
